Upgrade

A decision to install an Advensys system is a decision to have a system, which will adapt and grow with your organisation, new features and functionality are regularly introduced.

We believe that your job is running your business and our job is to provide the technology and services to support you in that mission. Consequently, we will install EVERY Advensys software upgrade. We usually do this out of hours to minimise disrupton. Any database work required to implement the upgrade will be undertaken by our staff at the time of the upgrade. We provide upgrade release notes by email and will also mail a hard copy of these, highlighting any which we feel may be relevant to your organisation.

Upgrades fix bugs as well as introduce new features. If we have had a problem, which has been fixed, then we will say so in the release notes.
