Third Party Call Centre

Since the Advensys system is web-based it is easy to work with third party call centres who can access the system via the web browser.

A web page can be defined containing a script for the Call Centre operator to follow in order to gather the relevant information for the task being undertaken. The information can be captured directly into the system.

For example: This facility can be used in conjunction with the Field Service Engineer and Customer Service module. The Call Centre operator could take the Customer contact details and basic information about the possible job. This information would then appear in the co-ordinator's customer service workflow back at base and the appropiate action taken.
