Personal Customer Service
At Advensys we provide a personalised service in which our staff know the staff within our customers’
organisations. We do not operate on a Call Centre basis where problems are passed from
person to person.
Every Request For Service is owned by a member of staff until resolved. So that customers
are reassured by the fact that there will be just one point of contact for all I.T. issues.
Whether it’s a problem with hardware, or a question regarding software, there is a single
point of contact and resolution.
Our personalised service extends to system enhancements. Our staff install every system
enhancement on behalf of our customers; we do not expect our customers to do this for
themselves.
Customers think of our staff as being part of their own team.
