Sales Prospecting

Prospects may be individuals or organisations with whom there have been no previous dealings, or they may be existing customers being targetted in a new way. In the latter case there is a two-way link between the Customer and Prospect enquiries so that marketing activity, sales orders and history are all viewable via the Customer Enquiry module.

Prospects can be classified according to their organisational characteristics as well as their brand alliances and the end use to which they put specific items.

Marketing Campaigns can be constructed to target specific prospects, defined by a “broadcast group”. These campaigns can be by various contact methods, eg mail, email, telephone etc.

One-click diary integration facilitates the making of sales appointments, which result from the campaign.
