Rental
As we have said elsewhere the Advensys system may be rented or purchased.
If the system is rented then the equipment remains our property, therefore, Advensys Ltd.
is responsible for the server hardware as well as the software system.
We engage third party hardware engineers to attend to any hardware problems, which require
an engineer to visit the customer's site.
If the customer has chosen to purchase his own server and software, although we can
recommend a third party engineering company, who will invoice the customer directly,
the supplier of engineering services is obviously at the customer's discretion.
In each case Advensys support staff will manage a problem through to resolution,
and will remotely assist an engineer on site. Customers have only one number to call for
all support issues.
