Purchase Order Processing

The Advensys system allows purchase orders to be raised in a variety of ways. For example, a purchase order may be directly input to the system, or it may arise as a result of a planned purchasing regime (Low/High reordering or Sales Forecasting).

In the former case this may be a simple order for stock, a direct delivery from Supplier to customer or a Back-to-Back purchase where the goods will be received in the warehouse prior to customer dispatch.

Purchase Order Processing is the cornerstone of accurate costings.
