Management Information

The Advensys system has powerful reporting, with many regular reports produced out of core hours by the End of Day system. Even if the report runs to many pages it may be viewed through the web browser, standard browser features allow for searching of text within the image. The report can also be printed if required.

Almost all information held in the system can be exported to Spreadsheet for further manipulation. The system will email the data output as CSV (Comma Separated Value) file attachments when people are working out of the office.

Integrated charts and graphs are also available to provide powerful customer analysis.
