Installation

A high quality installation is our objective. We do not believe in long-winded, slow implementations, which can run into months or even years. We believe that Consultancy services should identify the way forward, any necessary software changes are made and verified as acceptable working practices.

Most organisations have existing data and we usually perform a data conversion, where we can reconcile the converted data with any system we are replacing. There will usually be several test data conversions to hone the process prior to doing this for real.

Just prior to going live, there will be a brief period of training. We do not see the point in days of classroom training, as the information passed-on often evaporates before using the system for real.
The existing data is then converted and the system goes live. Our own staff will be on site for several days whilst operators become familiar with the system. They will be supported by other staff back at our base who will be monitoring the system and ironing-out any unforeseen snags.

A successful implementation is the result of thorough groundwork.
