Rent or Buy your Server

The Advensys system may be rented or purchased outright. It's up to you. If the system is rented then the equipment remains our property and we are responsible for the server hardware as well as the software system.

We engage third party hardware engineers to attend to any hardware problems which require an engineer to visit the customer's site or our data centre.

If you choose to purchase your own server and software then, although we can recommend a third party engineering company who will invoice you directly, the supplier of engineering services is obviously at your discretion.

In each case our support staff will manage a problem through to resolution and remotely assist an engineer on site, or visit site in an emergency.
