FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

In this part of the site we hope to answer many of the questions you may have thought of, but not yet read about elsewhere on the site. We also hope it will be worth reading since it will provide answers to questions, you may not yet have thought to ask!

Since our approach is so different to the approach taken by most systems providers, we understand that there will be concerns. After all, we are asking customers to believe that their data should be updated on servers which are not on their own premises.
