The Advensys Business System has been installed many times, and in many different organisations. Consequently, we have vast experience of the many different approaches that our customers have adopted when running an organisation.

The objective of our Consultancy Service is to conduct a two-way dialogue which will result in the best practice being adopted for the circumstances of the organisation concerned. This may result in some enhancement or modification to the system in order to reach this goal, or it may result in some changes to working practices alone.

We usually conduct this exercise on-site so that all information is to-hand and all personnel can be involved.

Consultancy is the bedrock of a successful implementation.
